Two players. Time together.
Rally together.
Your way.
Keep rallying. When you want variety, choose a theme. Enjoy comfortable shots, shared challenges, and time together on the court.
Created with players 55+ in mind. Friends and family welcome.

Find your rhythm
Stand on opposite sides of the net and help each other make satisfying shots. Miss, reset, and continue. No score needed.
A little variety
Explore an angle, practice a comfortable shot, or count toward a small shared target. Choose one theme at a time.
Letting it go is good play
No deliberate lobs or overhead smashes. Let difficult balls go. Either player can pause, switch activities, or finish whenever they want.
Your first rally starts here
Bring a partner, paddles, and a ball. Warm up and choose a comfortable pace.
Serve gently. Use a legal diagonal serve. Let the serve and its return each bounce.
Help each other. Play returnable shots and enjoy the exchange without counting.
Choose together. Keep rallying, try a theme, or take a break.
Standard shot, boundary, bounce, and kitchen rules apply. Our cooperative format changes scoring and serving turns.
Read the basic rulesFive themes. Pick what feels fun.
Repeat favorites or skip them all. Only Shared target involves counting; the other themes are unscored.
Forehand friends
Give each other comfortable forehand shots. If the ball goes elsewhere, return it normally or let it go; do not run around it to force a forehand.
How to playStraight ahead
After the legal serve and return, rally through a broad lane opposite each other. Stay comfortably inside the sidelines; a missed lane is fine.
How to playGentle crosscourt
Exchange easy diagonal shots into a generous area. Change diagonals between rallies if you both want to.
How to playSwitch hands
Try your other hand with gentle shots. Switch paddle hands only between rallies and return to your usual hand whenever you want. This theme is optional.
How to playShared target
Choose a shared target—try 10 successful shots together. Make it lower or higher to suit both players. Count aloud, celebrate when you reach it, then repeat or return to unscored play.
How to playMake it 40–60 minutes. Or shorter.
Include warmup, breaks, and cooldown. The schedule is an invitation, not a quota.
